Fit perfectly in the Berne belts whose buckles had broken.

The snaps on my belt won't stay snapped. It's a decent buckle but I have to take a knife to my belt to widen the holes to make it fit!

I have had this belt for at least two years and love it. Recently I noticed that the roller on the buckle was becoming uneven, and the edge was catching on clothing and my skin. I contacted the company and they were very friendly and helpful, and sent a new one ASAP! Love this company and products!

This was okay I suppose but wasn't the quality of the buckle that I previously had.

My original buckle on the Hanks Belt had been flaking chrome or nickle plating for some time. I asked customer service about it and they happily sent me a replacement and shipped free immediately. Their customer service is great!

Installed the buckle and fit was good.
Compared to the buckle it replaced this much better quality, I was pleased to find it solid metal instead of the cast material used in the old buckle. The prongs that go through the belt on the Hanks buckle measure .175” and are round where the old ones were .150”x.090” .
Initial response to the buckle is very positive.
I will soon purchase a belt from you.
